Lotan Kraun recently had the opportunity on October 26 th to present his systematic review findings on senior citizens' and informal caregivers' experiences, views, and needs in transitional care decision-making at the SHAPES Dialogue Workshop as part of his collaboration with AGE Platform Europe. The workshop enabled a dialogue between older people, people with disabilities, academics, researchers, and the general public. An expert panel was held after his talk that was ,moderated by AGE Platform Europe. The expert panel discussed the empowerment of older people in long term care decision-making and it gave Lotan the opportunity to interact with the audience and to address emerging topics in the field.
