Financing long-term care systems, particularly for optimised care transition
Project update:
Together with Maastricht University, a research proposal has already been developed and the areas that they would like to focus on in the next 3 years have been identified. Evidence on organizational and financial aspects of care transition is scant and inconclusive. Estera’s first article focuses on identification of system level financial and organizational aspects that have an impact on care transitions. In order to do so, she is performing a systematic literature review together with her PhD advisors. They hope to develop a model that would systematize available knowledge on the financial and organizational aspects that have an impact on care transition.
